Zaleplon Take 2 x 10mg caps at bed time. Can I take only 1 - 10 mg immediately to see if it works?

You are always best to stick to your doctors instructions.
The adult dosage for insomnia is 5 to 20 mg immediately before bedtime or after the patient has gone to bed and has experienced difficulty falling asleep.
