In years past, I was taking 1.5grains of Syntharoid but changing insurance carriers as my company changed, caused me to have new doctors who would not give me any thyroid meds.
After much blood work and many tests, my doctor now has me on the above medication. I am just wondering if I am taking the equivalent of 1.5 grains of Syntharoid. Thank you!
I take 0.3MG Levothyroxine & 25MCG Liothyronine each day. How many grains is this?

You are taking more than double (3 grains = 0.3mg levothyroxine) compared to what you were taking before - especially with the addition of Liothyronine.
