I started on Zyloprim about 20 years ago, started having erectile problems soon after and am now impotent. Is there a connection ?

This has not been documented as an side effect of taking Zyloprim, however 20 years seems to be indeed a long duration of time, would recommend to seek medical attention for the problem you face, there are medication available to treat impotence.
