... been stable till November then the Hemifumerate was replaced with Bisiprolol Fumerate. My INR has been below 2 ever since. Apparently there is no significant difference between the two drugs so why is this happening. I have also been experiencing increasing anxiety, palpitations and a recurrance of the A Fibs which I thought was because of the excitement of Christmas but I'm beginning to think this may also be related to the change, it's the only thing I can put it down to.
Has anyone else noticed any differences while taking these drugs?

With Thankgiving and Christmas. maybe you were eating too many foods high in Vit K which would lower your INR. Go to USDA National Nutrient Database and look up Vit K in all foods. You will be suprised that is it not always the green vegetables that are high in Vit K. Keep a diary of what you eat. Good Luck.
