It tends to stick around for 4 to 6 weeks usually. Start drinking alot of water and exercise to a light sweat and soak in warm epsom salts baths. You can go to the health food store and get products that will take care of it and the clerks are really nice and used to people asking them about that. You need to also take a vitamin b complex to restore color to your urine. If you are only an occasional smoker and are not overweight, you may be able to do it without the product in 2 weeks, there really isn't any true way to tell. You could try taking a home drug test.
