Do you have any other symptoms of an allergic reaction. eg, swelling of lips or tongue, itchy rash - if you do stop taking the tobramycin and get to your doctor ASAP. These symptoms are serious.
There are many other antibiotics your doctor can safely prescribe for a pulmonary bacterial infection.
