I need to know whether Omnaris is better than Flonase and Nasonex ?

All the above nasal sprays are steroid based. They are all similar and effectiveness will depend on the individual. Steroid nasal sprays need to be used regularly with maximun effect not seen until 1 to 2 weeks of continued use.
