I need to know if any other drug can give a false positive or show up the same as serax or oxazepam?

Valium has many active metabolites, and Serax could be one of them. That, or another benzo.
It's possible the test had a false positive, or that the lab screwed up and accidentally used someone else's urine instead of yours for the results (you'd be surprised how incompetent medical professionals can be).
I'd demand another test, and be assertive (assuming you really haven't taken any benzos) about this being a mistake. Offer to re-take the test ASAP.
