I want to start out dry cutting and then switch to liquid titration as the doses get lower. I don't want it to take forever, but yet I know it will take some time. I need some kind of schedule that will work, took them for a long time, quit for a year, stopped cold turkey, have been back on them for one year. I really could use some suggestions. Thanks for anybody with any sensible suggestions.

ceryna, when I can off xanax 15yrs ago. I found a doc that helped me with the taper and he was great. Thats my suggestion, you seek out a doc that will help you do that. He didn't put me on anything else, just did a taper for me and I saw him everyso often and he just kept cutting it down. So my body ajusted to it and I didn't have a hard time. Von
