I'm taking wafferin,lovastatin,and lisinopril, I have 2 herniated disk L 4 &5 so what over the?

I am not sure u can find anything over the counter to help. What does your doctor suggest? I had L4 & L5 fused with titanum rods installed. That never fused so I went to another Dr. and he put a plate and screws to try to fuse it. That didn't work for a long time. My doctors felt that I could no longer work so now I am on social security disability. I hated that because it was my money making years. I don't know why I made this about me but I would at least talk to your doctor and let him know how u feel. Good Luck...Keep in touch ----kimmie1
