I just started taking luvox a few weeks ago but keep forgetting days here and there?

Not sure what to tell you about the sweats. But perhaps forgetting to take Luvox is causing it. So I do have a few ideas to help you remember to take it. I so have this problem too.

1. Get one of those 7 day pill cases and put the luvox in there once a week. Just doing that once a week will help you to remember. Now put that pill case someplace you will see it often. On your night table, on your kitchen table, at your desk, etc. Do Not put in a draw or in a closet where you can't see it. Remember the old adage: Out of sight out of mind.

2. Do you have a cell phone? Is that a dumb question? Most ppl do, but I didn't for a very long time. I will assume you have one, and that it is usually with you. OK? So now set one of the alarm clocks in your cell phone to ring at a time you want to take your Luvox. I assume the time doesn't matter, but you should take it close to the same time everyday. Most cell phone alarm clocks have a repeat feature. Set the alarm clock to repeat. Some cell phones even allow a written message in the alarm clocks. If yours does, type in Luvox. So now the phone will remind you to take your meds everyday.

3. I just leave the pill bottles out on my desk. So you can also try that. But that's not the best way.

4. Put a written sign up on a wall near your sink or refrigerator, and keep the pills near there too. Make the writing on this sign big. The letters should be 2 or 3 inches. You should be able to read it from across the room.
One way or another you need to remember that pill.

And another old adage for ya: Where there is a will there is a way.
