I just started takin Lipitor and acidophilus probiotic and my stomach is so upset. Is this normal?

Lipitor - Atorvastatin could cause either diarrhea or constipation, I have been taking atorvastatin since the last 2 years, was on a high dose in the beginning when i had a stroke, but was tapered down to 10mg. I am not aware of acidophilus probiotic.
