I just started on the Nitro-Dur 0,4 patch can take Tylenol 3 while it is on ?

There is a moderate drug interaction between Nitro-Dur (nitroglycerin) and codeine (in Tylenol). They may be taken together is necessary but with caution. Please see link below for interaction in detail.

It's okay to take plain Tylenol with Nitro-Dur.
