I just started humulin n and wondered if I should take the insulin before dinner or before bed. the?

... previous insulin i took was levimer and it was 12 hrs between shots. I'm not sure of this one

Humulin N is an intermediate acting insulin that starts working in about 1 to 2 hours and can last from 16 to 24 hours.
You should check with your doctor for the best time for you to take the Humulin N.
