I just got hypercare, and it's not working. I can't figure out how to put the bottle together so?

i know, i have the same problem. Its not working for some reason, and i even have the bottle put together. My best advice is to call your doctor and see what he/she says. I have tried everything. It worked up untill the puffy part at the top flattened. Then it hurt, but didnt work... and I started school when it stopped working. So i have come here to see what someone else says.
