Hiya Bella
Congrats on your pregnancy! I would'nt recommend you quit your meds all at once, you should get app with your doc asap so he/she can tel you how to deal with either tapering off them or perhaps changing.
Best of luck, try get to a doc soon, but dont stop the meds suddenly,it can cause serious damage to you if you stop abrubtly so just be careful and get docs opinion.
Take care you and baby

Hey Bella,
Please don't stop your medications until you talk to the doctor. Educate yourself about the drug categories for pregnancy at:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pregnancy_category
The Prozac is in category C, the hydroxyzine is in category C and the clonazepam is category D. Read about each of these medicines on this site. Then you will be able to make an informed decision along with your doctor.
The fetus takes several weeks to attach and develop a shared blood system with the mother so depending on how far a long you are, you may have a little time. Make an appointment with the ostetrician soon.
You can't just stop taking the clonazepam as it can cause seizures. The Prozac and clonazepam you will have to taper off slowly if you decide to stop.
Best wishes,
Laurie

Just in order to put your mind at ease you need to call whoever is taking care of you and allow them to know the situation, but I don't think I would discontinue these medicines without discussing this with the doctor as soon as possible, once you explain to his office staff they then should get you in to see the doctor and then you can make some informed decisions

I agree with everyone else but I would also look up each medicine and see if they can cause birth defects. I take clonazapam and lamictal and I had to sign a waiver stating I was informed that it could cause birth defects. I would definitely get on touch with your Dr and let him/her know you found out your pregnant. Congratulations and best of luck :)
