Hi, unfortunately I'm allergic to Ambien. I haven't tried an otc yet, I was hoping I wouldn't have to ask for any more prescription sleeping pills. I withdrew from 30 mgs (temazepam) down to 15 which took a long time. Any ideas or thoughts about how to do this without getting another prescription would be greatly appreciated.
