No - definitely not. Kadian is a very strong opiate pain killer. It is a prescription medicine and should only be used by patients it is prescribed to.
Have you tried any pain killers? Acetaminophen or ibuprofen can both be bought over the counter - see your pharmacist for more advice.
If you are in extreme pain see your doctor.
