ive been taking the pill for one month and i should be getting my period now but I've had only two days of spotting but technically I'm late is this common or could I be pregnant?
I haven't got my period and I'm on the pill?

It is pretty common for the pill to lessen or even stop a cycle. You are probably NOT pregnant, but you can take a pregnancy test if you are truly worried. If you took the first 21 pills correctly, on time and didn't miss any and used a back up method during this 21 day cycle, you are likely NOT pregnant.Some doctors say you are safe after the first week of active pills, others say after the first 21 active pills, just to be safe, we say 21 pills on here. Most women do notice their cycles start on the 3 or 4th inactive pill and that the flow is greatly diminished. Just take a test if you are scared and worried, but you are likely not pregnant. You are protected even when taking the inactives.
