The drug of choice for your tapeworm infection is niclosamide. Praziquantel and albendazole can also be used.
The dosage of Priziquantel 5 to 10 mg/kg orally at one time - up to 20 mg/kg given once has also been used.
For you then the dosage range is 260mg to 520mg at once or up to 1040mg at once.
Given that you are having on going problems getting rid of the tapeworm I would go for the higher dosage .
That would best equate to 2 x 600mg Priziquantel tablets at once.
If you have no success you should take Niclosamide.
