You can probably use some cortisone cream and an anti histamine to help with the itching and allergic reaction. Try to be as gentle with your skin as possible right now and make sure your hair is pulled back out of your face so it won't transfer germs or irritate it any further. Test the cortisone cream on a small section to make sure it doesn't hurt or burn for an extended time.
