I have the schedule for use of most Insulin but the N is not there. Is this a 24 hour like Lantus?

N usually refers to NPH which is an intermediate acting insulin eg. Humulin N or Novolin N - it starts to work in 1 to 2 hours and can last for 16 to 24 hours.
Hope this helps.
