Yes, Zetia can cause hepatic side effects including elevations in liver transaminases, hepatitis, cholelithiasis, and cholecystitis have been reported in postmarketing experience.
I'm not sure if anyone has experienced this ... the link below has reviews ... someone may have mentioned this side effect.
