I have taken Darvocet for many years and now can't get it. Is there any similar drugs used?

What type of pain are you talking about? Is it chrontic or acute? There are many different pain drugs available. Some are for short term use & some are for (chrontic) or long term use. It's hard to answer a question without more information.
