I have take Flomax(Tamsulosin) for about 3 months. I still get up 3 or 4 times a night?

Can Tamsulosin interfer with the other persons sexual organ?

My husband takes Tamsulosin and now I have some kind of infection in my vagina, can it be caused by Tamsulosin?
