I have stammering problem. I can't speak continuously so can I use haloperidol?

You possibly could try Haloperidol to help with your stammering. However, its use today is limited because if its severe side effects - some of which are life long and more severe than what is being treated eg. tardive dyskinesia (involuntary muscle movements)
