I have skin thickening from Rosacea, I am on Oracea. Will Oracea help the skin thickening process?

No it is unlikely to help. Oracea is used to treat the inflammatory bumps and pimple-like blemishes caused by rosacea . It is an anti-inflammatory antibiotic.
