I have sevear narcolepsy I take 30mg ritlan LA 3x a day plus in morning 20mg ritlan it stop?

I take Provigil 2 200mg tabs 2 x a day. My insurance company is going to make me get off the end of this month but they work very well for me. I take two when I first get up and two at noon. That way I have no problems falling asleep at night. I have been taking it for several years so that is on the high side and you might ask your Doc to start you off at least with one tab twice a day. They come in 100mg and the 200's. It is not a CNS stimulant but is used by people for work shift problems as well as narcolepsy. I think you will find however that no matter what you take for this problem you will build up a tolerance especially if you are using a CNS stimulent like ritlan or adderal...
