... that stopped propelling far before the canisters were empty. My pharmacy referred me to the lab that made them, and the lab said that they had a "lot of complaints recently" and had Teva's number at his fingertips... Upon calling Teva, I ended up with a recording requiring me to leave a message for a return call. Still waiting. It could be very dangerous to be out - say, riding my bike in the mountains and get caught in a rain - and have my inhaler decide not to work even though it is STILL FULL. My question: why doesn't anyone post information on defective drugs (or defective batches) to make this easier for the consumers to get replacements?
I have received three defective canisters of ProAir HFA?

If they dont call you back OR the pharmacist does nothing to rectify this matter and it sure is a serious matter as we know a life could be at stake. Contact your local newspaper OR televison station. They are always glad to do reports on stuff like this especially if nothing has been done and lives are at stake. PS.... when u contact them.. Make sure u have copies of it. Write them a letter and copy it. If they do call you back record the call. same thing with you calling them. im dead serious about contacting the newspaper or News station. these drug companies are making millions and if they are neglecting faulty drug Issues The public needs to know about it, before a life is lost! Take care hun and if possible have your Dr give you a different medicine from a different company.
Teva really needs to know about this. Your canisters may have come from a defective batch - in which case there will need to be a recall.
You can email them using the form at http://www.tevausa.com/default.aspx?pageid=74 if you are having no luck calling 888 TEVA USA (888.838.2872).

I left a detailed message and am trying not be accusatory - yet. I just want my canisters replaced. I had a different number though (888-482-9522), so I will try the # you posted on Monday and also try sending the e-form. Thanks!
