Nothing can effect a pregnancy test unless you have a faulty test, which is very rare, or you are taking a form of the pregnancy hormone to assist in fertility... Sometimes when on the pill, if you have missed periods, or are not regular, it could be just your body adjusting to the pill, and also, if you are very young... Also it or the period can be effected sometimes by other drugs that you may be on or are taking at the time... the only way to be sure and find out what is really going on is to speak to a pharmacist about that particular pill and to make an appt with your obgyn... but nothing can effect a pregnancy test itself... hope this was helpful... will follow up with you...
