I have low blood pressure, can I use Clonidine?

Details:

I have an ICD in my chest and am taking sotalol for my heart.
other meds: salsalate, citalopram, simvastatin, gabapentin, budeprion

I am trying to get off the fentanol patch.

Because clonodine helps control blood pressure it would be a good idea but constantly check your BP and see a doctor to find out what they suggest you never want to fool around with your blood pressure.
