I have just started taking fem hrt - will I start having periods again?

It is possible but you will just have to wait and see, each woman is different and it takes about 3 months for the levels of hormones to correct themselves with the femhrt. I am not a doctor, I was on that and I had a 5 months period, or spotting and I mean the whole 5 months and when I went in to see the doc, he told me to start doing it like the pill and take for 21 days and then stop for 7, that fixed it it me. He warned me I might actually have a period during the 7 days of not taking it, but it stopped the spotting and bleeding.
