Hey ab,
Light headedness is a common side effect of selegiline. If the dizziness becomes intolerable or persistent then you need to let the doctor know. It can be a serious side effect of this medication.
The dizziness will get less, but again if it is affecting your ability to function then you need to let the doctor know asap.
