I am to have this every 2 weeks but was under the impression that weekly would be a more agressive approach to the Hunners ulcers that I also have. Rimso-50 (dimethyl sulfoxide) is used to treat pain and swelling associated with bladder or urinary conditions including cystitis (bladder inflammation or irritation).
This medication will not treat a bacterial or fungal infection of the bladder.

It is recommended that the treatment be repeated every 2 weeks ... I don't know the implications/or benefits of using Rimso 50 every week. Please discus with your doctor if you wish.
