... dont know what I should do because I do not have insurance to get it taken out and I feel like I am bleeding all the time. Does anyone know more about this and should I be worried?

What you are experiencing is quite common in patients who have Implanon? I know you said you don't have insurance ... but if the bleeding is really bothersome then the only way you may be able to control is to take it out.
