in constant pain and occasionally have to go to the ER for a shot! My husband is so fed up with me being sick he acts like he blames me for our finacial problems. My doctor is is leaving my town and I can't find a doctor who wants to help a chronic pain patient! I am allergic to Naprosyn and Toradol,is advil in the same catagory? Also if I can't find a doctor what else could I possible take?

The first thing I would do is get a referral for a consultation to a pain management specialist! They deal with all types of chronic painful conditions. That is your best bet! Is the fiorinal with codeine? There are so many new meds on the market that may be successful at controlling your migraines! And do me a favor? Please don't listen to your husband. It is NOT your fault! PERIOD! Come here as often as you need support and encouragement. Good luck to you and please find a good pain specialist.
