I have had eleal pouch reconstruction and take Potassium Citrate?

Details:

The pills I take do not desolve when passed through the system. Am I getting the whole effect of the potassium cit. (1080 MG )

Yes, you are getting all the potassium. Many potassium supplements have what is called a 'ghost matrix' that you might see in your stools when this matrix passes through your system but rest assured that you have gotten all the potassium.
