I have glaucoma and I am going to Africa. Is it ok to use Malarone ?

Are you taking any other medication or using any sort of eyedrops for glaucoma?
There is no known contraindication on using Malarone in patients with glaucoma.

I am taking Xalatan.
There is no known interaction between Xalatan and Malarone. However, it does not mean that no interactions exist so if you do experience any odd symptoms please see a doctor.
