... lens over wear. How soon can i put my contacts back in after using the drops? My eyes seem better and i have to go to work Monday and wear my contacts since i don't have a pair of back up glasses. If i stop using the drops the night before if put in my contacts in is that ok? I know your not suppose to wear contacts and use the drops but i have no choice.

It is not a recommended to wear soft contact lenses if you are using eye drops that contain the preservative BAC (benzalkonium chloride) such as Zylet.
BAC is toxic because it damages epithelial cells of the cornea.
BAC is adsorbed to toxic levels by the lenses very easily.
You should be ok to use the drops the night before and then wear your lenses the next day.
However, given that your eye problem was due to lens over wear, you would be wise to organise some glasses.

Thanks for your quick response. I looked everywhere online and couldn't find an answer. I order a pair of glasses but was told it will take up to two weeks for them to be made since they have to be sent to a lab. I'm really stuck and wanted to make sure if i did wear my contacts after stopping the drops i wouldn't cause any serious damage, If my eyes show any sign of irritation i will remove them right a way but its worth a try.
