I have been using mometasone furoate cream on face since 2yrs.what adverse effects could I face?

If you have been using it for 2 years without a break than there could be side effects.
Long-term use of high steroid doses (although topical) can possibly lead to symptoms such as thinning skin, easy bruising, changes in the shape or location of body fat (especially in your face, neck, back, and waist), increased acne or facial hair, menstrual problems, impotence, or loss of interest in sex.
