I have been told by the doctor that Spiriva effects a man who has an enlarged prostate..i?

It has been told to us that using spiriva make a man have a hard time urinating..we would like to know if this is true..thank you...

Hello thtaz. It is possible. A adverse side effect to spiriva is having pain while urinating. So, the prostate being enlarged, I can understand why your doctor said that. Best to you,
