I was sufferd from horrified legs spasm (twice). Is it normal to have side effect after taking it for 2 years without problem ? Could reduce doses or anything help ?(I'm on 10mg a day)

Yes, side effects can arise even after being on it for a while, so please see your doctor if you haven't done so already.
