What sort side effects did you have?
The elimination half life of Spiriva is 5 to 6 days following inhalation. It takes 5.5 x elimination half life for a medicine to be out of the system. Therefore Spiriva should be out of your system in approximately 33 days... so unfortunately the side effects may persist until that time.
