I have been taking Lunesta for several years for insomnia and have become dependent on it. How do I withdraw?

You can come off from the Lunesta slowly. It is best to go slow maybe a half dose at a time for awhile then cut it down some more then come off that way you don't go back into the insomnia so fast and can stop the addiction as well.
