The drug company that I get my scripts wants to change my script to 120mg ,(1) per day,with my doctors approval. Is this a good option.
I have been taking inderal 60mg every 12 hrs for a familio tremor for many years and it controls it?

Definitely.
Inderal LA 120mg is a long acting preparation which means that a constant small amount is released into the body over 24 hours.
This means that you will get the same result (or possibly better as dosing will be more even) taking Inderal LA 120mg just once a day as you did when you took Inderal 60mg twice a day.
