Is such a low dosage harmful???

You likely have a minimal physical dependency to it after that long but it wouldn't be terrible or anything close if you stopped from that dose.
Thanks again. My next question would be that if I continued to take around 8 per week would it cause any long term damage? It not only works better for my allergies but is much cheaper. I know what the effects of the acetpmeniphine are but I just had never heard of the Tramadol before and was wondering if it is harmful
If you honestly hold your dose down to what you're taking now I wouldn't be overly concerned if it's really helping. If your quality of life is obviously better AND you maintain your dose you're okay. If you find you are needing to increase the dose for the same effect, which usually happens, it's time to go to plan B. Be careful.

Thank you for the quick response. I have bad allergies and I used to take a prescribed drug until a friend told me that he takes Ultracet for his. And just by taking 2 it seems to help me for a couple days at a time. Plus I feel more alert at work. But last night another friend had told me that they thought Ultracet was harmful if you take it for more than 5 days. I said I have been taking it for 3 years??
