I have been on 1mg xanax for 15 yrs now, they don't last long as far as my anxiety. But i can tell you this, i have tried the ativan and they are so weak, i may as well have taken a baby asprin. Valium is almost as strong, as xanax and they stay in your body much longer. I hope this helps you!
