Itchy and scaly patches on my head, forehead, chest and at the back, what could be causing this?

Does anyone in your family have Psoriasis? That kinda sounds like what Psoriasis looks like, where it occurs and what it does. You will most likely need a dermatologist for this if that is what it is. It tends to flare during times of stress, sickness and when people drink alot of alcohol. You can try a vitamin B complex with vitamin c, d and e with a zinc supplement. The sun or a tanning bed is actually good for Psoriasis.
