My husband has had a few..he always gets antibiotics..docs tell him theres not much else that can be done..except open it up..i suggest since on inner thighs..keep them as dry as possible with medicated powder with corn starch..sleep in cotton thin shorts with pillow between ur knees to keep thighs apart..wish u well C50
