I have an fungis under a toe nail, is this a problem with prednisolone eye drops?

Prednisolone can weaken your immune system, making it easier for you to get an infection or worsening an infection you already have or have recently had.
I assume you will not be using the eye drops for very long in which case it will not be a problem.
If you are using the eye drops long term you will need to tell your doctor about your fungal infection.
